APMCwas incorporated as a group practice in July, 1992 by Tommy
Brown, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I. and Paul C. Davis, M.D.,
F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I., both Invasive Cardiologists. |

| The practice was formed with the intent to
enhance the level of patient care by providing physicians with
a common medical philosophy, and allow greater access to new
technology and equipment. |
|
| In order to have the ability to provide an
increasing level of care to the people of North Louisiana and
the people of the Ark-La-Tex, the practice made the decision to
recruit and continue to recruit, a group of physicians each
with specialties that would allow Ark-La-Tex Cardiology to
obtain its goals in the level of patient care. The additions to
